Service Description

We will walk through the property room by room as seller takes notes on updates to make, items to remove and floor plan layout to help highlight the homes best features. Option to add written report sent to seller + agent Properties 35+ miles will incur $50 charge for extra time + mileage. Once selected time is approved, an invoice will be emailed. Payment must be received to reserve time slot on calendar.

Cancellation Policy

5 day minimum required for cancellation. Anything after 5 days is subject to 50% refund. 48 hours or less no refunds.
