Service Description

Need to list quickly? Not enough time to do both a consultation and a stage? This is for you! I come fully equipped with various pieces of wall decor, accessories and soft goods available for rent or purchase. Our goal is to be as productive as possible, leaving your home ready for MLS photos with a remaining to do list (ex. "This chair needs to be removed, this pile of stuff needs to be boxed and put in storage.) *Up to 3 hours. Additional time can be added at our hourly rate of $135.00 billed in 15 minute increments. *Staging Assistant can be added to any service for an additional $125.00
