This is our Hands-On Consultation kicked up a notch.

We will come out up to a week before photos with soft goods, art + accessories available to purchase or rent for your clients, allowing them to focus on fine tuning their property.

We will start with a 1-2 hour consultation where we walk through every room, going over what furniture should stay, what items should be removed, what updates are needed and painting/flooring suggestions if necessary. Remember, our goal at Nested is to maximize your profits. We are not going to make any suggestions that will not add value to your sale. 

From there, we will chat about what the next steps are. Since every property is unique, we will come up with a customized plan just for you. We try utilizing furniture and décor as much as we can, but sometimes we are missing a few things to pull it all together. We can do shopping for missing items, provide our accessories rental package, or a combo of both.  We always recommend having us back right before MLS photos are taken to make sure there aren't any loose ends and to ensure your home is showing to the best of our ability. This is also when we would do installs for any shopping/rental items we have agreed upon. 

Once your home goes under contract, we come back and remove any rental items. Simple as that!
